Comr. (Mrs.) Ladi Iliya is the Founder and Executive Director of MOLDEV, bringing decades of experience in public administration, development work, and social advocacy. She served two terms as the National President of the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU), where she provided visionary leadership and championed workers’ welfare and institutional reforms. A committed philanthropist and advocate for inclusive leadership and good governance, she has led and supported numerous national initiatives across the public and private sectors aimed at empowering communities for sustainable development. Her leadership as Secretary and Member of the Board of Trustees continues to drive MOLDEV’s mission of promoting Leadership and good governance, and access to basic healthcare and education in underserved communities.
