Mobilization Towards Leadership for Women and Youth Development Initiative (MOLDEV) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization committed to empowering communities through sustainable development interventions.

Our programs are strategically designed around two key thematic areas that addresses critical community needs and promote inclusive growth thus; –

1. Leadership and Good Governance Program

This program promotes transparency, accountability, inclusion, and participatory decision-making as the foundation for a thriving and equitable society. Through strategic interventions, we empower communities to lead with integrity and build sustainable livelihoods.

Key Focus Areas:

• Bridging the Skill Gap: Equipping women and youth with practical skills for economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.

• Promoting Access to Education: Expanding learning opportunities in underserved communities to foster literacy and social mobility.

• Humanitarian Support Services: Providing essential relief and livelihood assistance to vulnerable groups affected by conflict, disaster, or poverty.

• Gender Justice Advocacy: Advancing gender equality and women’s rights through awareness, advocacy, and leadership initiatives.

• Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention: Conducting community sensitization, survivor support, and policy advocacy to reduce GBV and promote safe spaces for women and girls.

2. Preventive Health

Our Preventive Health initiative focuses on disease prevention, health education, and wellness promotion to strengthen community health systems and resilience.

Key Focus Areas:

• Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH): Promoting clean water access, hygiene education, and improved sanitation in rural and peri-urban communities.

• Mental Health Awareness and Screening: Raising awareness on mental well-being, early detection, and support services.

• Drug Abuse Prevention: Educating youth on the dangers of substance abuse and promoting healthy, productive lifestyles.

• Environmental Protection and Climate Justice: Supporting climate education, tree planting, and community resilience against environmental degradation.
